Paid Technical Support - Rates

Standard Technical Support (system trouble-shooting and consultation): AU$25.00 per 15 minutes or part thereof
Large Network Technical Support (Server, Mail Server trouble-shooting and consultation): AU$50.00 per 15 minutes or part thereof
Onsite Large Network Technical Support (Server, Mail Server trouble-shooting and consultation): AU$250.00 per hour (1hr minimum)
